A is used with a singular count noun when s/he is making generatation indefinite article
Indefinite article used when :
1.      Om front of countable noun
2.      In front of countable noun as predicat complement
ex = he is a doctor

‘a’ is used when the noun started with consonant
example = this is a book

‘an’ is used when the noun started with vowelx
Example = this is an umbrela

‘a’ and ‘an’ is not used in front of plural nouns
ex = dogs are animals

The is used in front of
Singular count nouns = the dog
Plular count nouns = the dogs
Noncount nouns = the fruit
1.      A speaker uses the (not a or an) when the speaker and the listener are thinking about the same specific thing(s) or person(s)
ex = did you feed the dog
the speaker and listener are thinking about specific dog. The listener knows which dog the speaker is talking about
2.      A speaker uses the when s/he mentioned a noun for second time
ex = i had a banana and apple . I gave the banana to marry


‘There is’ is used for showing 1 noun
ex = there is a man inside the cupboard
       there is one car in the avenue

‘There are’ is used for showing more than one – nouns
ex = there are 5 apples in the fridge
       there are a lot of students in the field

How to make  Brown Sauce Pancake

Material :
  • 200 grams of cake flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 30 grams of margarine
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 35 grams of sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 10 grams of cocoa powder
  • 50 grams of cooking chocolate slab
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 teaspoon water
How to make:
  • Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the salt. Stir well. Set aside.
  • Mix eggs and milk. Stir well. Pour into flour mixture gradually while stirring.
  • Enter a little melted margarine, stirring gently.
  • Pour a small ladle on a flat griddle. Let the origin skinned. Allow to mature.
  • Cook and stir until boiling for the sauce, boiled milk, sugar, salt, cocoa powder. Enter the cornstarch solution. Stir until bubbling. Turn off the flame. Add cooked brown soupy. Stir until dissolved.
  • Serve the pancakes with the sauce.
